Charlie’s life takes a turn when he discovers that he has a son named Max, played by Dakota Goyo, whose mother has passed away. Max’s aunt, Debra, and her wealthy husband want to adopt him, but Charlie decides to take care of him temporarily to get some money from Max’s aunt. However, as they spend time together, they form a bond and decide to embark on a journey together.
